Youth Empowerment Network (YEN MN 24) offers Barber Mentorship & Skill Development programs for youth in Minnesota who are interested in learning hands-on skills, building confidence, and exploring career pathways in barbering.
Through guided mentorship, youth are introduced to the fundamentals of barbering in a safe and supportive environment. Mentors teach proper clipper use, sanitation, professionalism, and communication—while also emphasizing discipline, respect, and work ethic.
